New Accounts:
Please complete our credit application, so that we may set up your account properly and establish credit in a timely manner. Until credit is established, orders may be paid by Visa, Mastercard or sent out COD.

Orders:
Our minimum order is $200.00. Orders under $200.00 are subject to a $20.00 handling fee. Please note minimum case packs on our price list.

Back Orders:
Back orders less than $100.00 will be cancelled, however if you wish us to keep back orders and combine with subsequent shipments, please let us know and we will be pleased to accomodate your requirements.

Payment:
Our Payment terms are Net 30 days, subject to credit approval.

Shipping & Freight:
Terms are FOB Moda at Home Inc. If you have your own carrier, please advise us, otherwise your shipment will be sent by the most economical carrier.

Damages:
At Moda, we try our best to possibly pack your order to minimize damages, however in the event that damage does occur, please make the claim against the courier on reciept of your order. Claims for defective merchandise or shortages must be reported to Moda within 10 days of receipt.

Returns:
A return authorization number is required for all authorized returns of defective merchandise. The RA# must be visible on the outisde of the carton. Please contact our office for a RA# and provide them with packing details so they can arrange for pick-up with our carrier.

Liability:
MODA’s liability to goods found to be defective shall be limited to replacing the merchandise or refunding the value of the damaged goods.
